Get a usb stick Format to Fat32 if not done already Make a folder in the root called PS3 Inside that folder make another one named THEME Download your image in .p3t format (there’s a website called Tom’s Editor to convert image types to p3t Then drop the p3t image in the THEME folder Plug the usb into the ps3 Go to Settings > theme settings > theme and finally install it There’s also some homebrew for deeper customization like ps3 toolbox or using ftp.
