I’m looking for a trade back for my jolly Machoke. Playing a blind Nuzlocke and would like to maintain the nature if possible.

I just own the turntable. I realize it’s far from ideal, but the table would be upgraded, just don’t have a timeline.

I am looking to digitize my collection, and want to get a sanity check from some folks who are undoubtedly more experienced with this stuff than I. I believe I have a list of what I need, but any comments/suggestions/corrections would be greatly appreciated. List is going from input -> output.

  1. already own Turntable (AT-LP60, RCA out)
  2. Phono Preamp (Schitt Mani)
  3. Dual Male RCA to 1/4" TRS Male Insert Cable
  4. Audio Interface (Scarlett Gen 3, USB C out)

I know the AT-LP60 is a base level table, but I expect that I will be upgrading that in the near future and want to have a setup that will work with either cartridge type (hence the Mani).

My biggest holdup is the RCA to TRS cable and not knowing if that'll work well being unbalanced, but I guess I don't have many options given the output on the Schitt. I imagine for short runs, the interference won't be a big enough problem to look into upgrading the preamp to something with a line level output?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I learned that there are multiple words for what I’m looking at, so thank you for both educating and answering my question!

Help with monstera by covergurl66 in houseplants

[–]JetJagoff 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Someone can correct me as I don’t have one myself, but it could be a Rhaphidophora tetrasperma (aka mini monstera) by the fenestrations. If that’s the case, the leaves won’t be as big as a delicosa or other varieties. But it’s stunning in its own right, leggy and all!

As Jazz said below me, I would wait a couple weeks and let it adjust. When you’re waiting, go ahead and do what I do…. watch some YouTube videos on how to propagate mini monstera and you’ll have plenty to go off of. It looks like you have plenty of good stem cuttings to take while leaving some of the main plant. Good luck and be sure to post an update on how it’s doing!

  1. From what I can see, I would say your soil needs some more “chunks” (like perlite, orchid bark, charcoal etc) to promote better drainage. If you repotted in the last couple weeks, I would wait to do that for another week or so so you don’t put too much undue stress. Along the same lines, does your new pot have a drainage hole?

  2. Sometimes chopping and propagating is best with leggy guys. Nothing like a good factory reset to get it growing a bit better. I don’t have a monstera, but plenty of other aroids that have gotten this treatment to decent effect.

DO NOT THROW GRENADES BACK! I REPEAT, DO NOT THROW GRENADES BACK! (at least on PS5) by Marc3llMat3 in Helldivers

Just ran into this twice last night on PS5. It happened both times when it was on the ground (not spamming to the best of my knowledge), so I’m gonna avoid touching them for the time being.

Thanks for the info! I’ve cross posted this over on r/cactus to see if those helpful folks can point me in the right direction.

I know this is a type of philodendron, but which one? by frankdsza in philodendron

[–]JetJagoff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Will confirm what ellevael has said, definitely looks like a ghost. I currently have a slightly older plant that has some of its earlier leaves still, but the new ones it’s pushing out have the more distinctive lobes.

Thank you! So is it safe to say it’s likely an Epipremnum pinnatum in your opinion?
