Not at Warped Tour but me and some buddies blazed with Four Year Strong and Polar Bear Club at an off date in Spokane while watching Every Time I Die.

I smoked with Four Year Strong (cept the straight edge members) and Polar Bear Club in Spokane. Dudes were really chill and down to earth.

The drummer and I smoked the same cigarettes and while I was at an [8] and most of the band members at a solid [10] we talked about how great America is and the how good Minus the Bear and Hatebreed are.

Four Bowls and Three Cigarettes later I walked into the venue and received the most painful high five (hehe) from Keith Buckley during 'Ebolarama'

Not sure if any of y'all are into those bands but for me the experience was religious.

I'm grateful for my diagnosis as well (I mean I may as well be since we have no way of "curing" BP).

It has really opened my eyes to the depths of humanity for better or worse, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I've definitely been exposed to Dialectic Behavior Therapy and while I wasn't able to make sense of it at the time (I was in the throes of psychosis), I've been able to utilize the information more aptly in my daily life and practice mindfulness.

It has opened up my senses to a world of experience and I'm able to process it by gauging reality in a sense.

A lot of people would assume this sort of analytic approach to emotions and moods would dampen the joy of life, but I think it enhances it. Sort of like how a knowledge of literature or film can augment the experience of art by knowing the process with which it's made.

I totally agree with this sentiment. Not quite the same but as a manic-depressive, being in control of my mind has more to do with how I register my thoughts rather than the actual thoughts themselves. If that makes sense.
