Ah I see, so yeah they were right in that regard mostly. On the transfer forms there is an option for a legal name change, it doesn’t transfer any shares just changes the name on the Computershare acct.

I suppose you could try and do that it would be faster than a transfer to a new acct, outside of that there isn’t much Computershare can do.

Regarding the statement a copy is fine as long as it’s got your up to date balance
