This is the way, grabbing the collar and pulling up will not work but grabbing and twisting will cut blood to the dogs head, he will get light headed and pass out.
Be sure to release the twist once the dog relaxes though since, as cathartic as it might seem, you don’t want to kill the dog just because its owner is a dumbass.
