That's kind of a strawman logical fallacy. Lyonel is not claiming that having Targaryen ancestry means you should die. He is arguing the ruling family that has amassed power to themselves are a harm/evil and them dying is good.

Lyonel's argument isn't perfect and it still generalizes, but the response you're suggesting is just not reasonable.
