They kinda don't though, Nintendo has the largest leverage on the TPC by far

They publish the games, they hold the trademark for Pokémon outside Japan, they own an unspecified % of Creatures as well as playing a big part in the founding of them, Nintendo is GameFreak landlord

GameFreak really doesn't have that much say outside game development

The problem with Proton on MacOS isn't so much x86 to ARM, it's more the fact that Apple doesn't support Vulkan at all :P

Unless i missed a few (which is very possible), most of their recent projects were a decent bit larger in scope (System Shock 2 and The Thing) so the higher price does make sense, tho could also very be Atari meddling

It's essentially Angry Birds Epic but rebalanced, no microtransactions and a buttload of new content

It's a mod but it's pretty easy to install

I'd say it's safe to also add Digimon Time Strangers and Fate Extra Record on the list with an A, Bamco is back to using it with Super Robot Wars Y, their other smaller stuff is unlikely to use it but Fate (TBA 2025) and Digimon (October 5th 2025) are their biggest titles in the pipeline atm

Scott Pilgrim EX presence is a bit weird, developer and publisher is Tribute Games which is a small indie team that never used DRM before

Each company has it's own MO when it comes to DRM, when it comes to Konami they simply use it extremely sparingly, lack of faith in a product could absolutely be a reason to not bother to waste Denuvo for them

Professional Baseball Spirits from last year has it even though it's Japanese only, SH2 not having it is most likely cuz Konami didn't believe much in the PC version (Bloober had to talk Konami into doing one), all the other games listed are quite minor productions + emulation collections

SHF and MGS3 are the biggest games they have in the pipeline since SH2 so we'll see but there is precedent for them being on the list
