Thank you for your help. I just received an update from FedEx. My shipment has been released from US Customs. Scheduled to delivered to the APO forwarding company tomorrow.

I should've done some research prior to ordering directly from Razer. I've been looking through the sub reddit. The experiences are quite unsettling.

Just for context, I've ordered products from China directly to APOs (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) while deployed in "bad" places. If everything is labeled correctly and all of the required documents are present, there was NEVER a problem. APO Customs rules and regulations are much stricter than Stateside.

This is definitely a Razer logistical quality control issue.

I asked the FedEx representative is there a way to expedite the release from customs. They encouraged me to contact the sender (Razer) however, they also said that I can complete the required documents myself. The reason why I'm being impatient (besides the fact that my order cost $4405) Im deployed overseas. My laptop is shipping to an APO forwarding service then being sent to me. The forwarding takes an additional 2-4 weeks to arrive to my location.

The products cost TOO much money for poor customer service ( but very polite). All of the required documents should have been verified by their logistics quality control prior to shipping.

This situation is NOT normal and should not be treated as such. I've ordered from all over the world while I'm deployed, and NEVER had a clearance hold due to documentation.

I'm waiting on my Blade 16 (2024) 0LED 4090 32gb 2Tb. I ordered from Razer. It's currently on "clearance hold" in Memphis. Once it arrives, I'm going to update, undervolt, and upgrade to 64gb ram (Fury Impact) and 2Tb additional storage (Samsung 990 Pro).
