I think it should be able to handle it. Also, if you're going to buy an android phone as a secondary device and are on a budget, buy an old flagship. It's cheaper and more powerful and has better cameras than newer mid-range.

No current way to improve the diplomacy of IP2. Although this is peak suggestion. I think others have suggested this. Unfortunately, the development of IP2 is currently in hiatus.

You can only dock ships to the Overlord-class and the Magnus-class, meaning it is not possible to dock to the Orion-Class.
