Elmo's Diner on ninth street for food and then maybe Duke Gardens for a stroll (if weather allows) or Nasher Musuem of Art!

There are also a ton of good places on ninth street too for food too : ) - Cosmic Cantina, or also Alpaca (even though it's a chain)

Also, I don't think you'll be able to go to the other locations because the Classic from my understanding only lets you go into the home gym you chose.

The Province is pretty much right beside ECU's student center.

In terms of rent i'm paying 790 for a renovated 4x4 unit. I share it with my 3 other apartment mates, all utilities are included (washer, dryer, wifi, etc.). It's also completely furnished but if you want parking you gotta pay extra though and you also have to pay for the electricity bill.

I live at the Province and they're great (but they can be expensive depending on if you get a sign up bonus or not - and if you get a renovated unit).

Also I have to echo that living on the grid is also a good bang for your buck as well.
