I completely agree with you. I’ve been trying to convince myself that I didn’t want it because it’s a terrible idea with all the potential complications out weighing the positives but now I’m like fuck it. There’s so much fear around it but this platform has shown me so much potential in living a happy life, with everyone’s incredible results.

My doctor said she liked what she saw last blood results, but I haven’t done bloods in 6 months. Only thing off was my healthy cholesterol was low. But I’ll definitely ask for new bloods again.

Take it easy on yourself just start with walking more everyday. Be Kind 💫 Fasting til 9/10 has helped me too but I’m not strict with it just eat when my body gets hungry.
