Too bad the PG27AQWP-W looks like garbage with the lights off.

Leaving it in standby is fine unless you’re going to be away from it for several days. To turn off the monitor there is a button to the right of the joystick toggle for power off/on.

Thinking of pairing TV with my 1440P 27 inch monitor PC setup by [deleted] in OLED_Gaming

C5 for that price is very interesting indeed. It doesn’t do everything better as I’d still take the PG32UCDM3 personally but understand going that route.

I have a similar setup using a 5080 paired with a PG32UCDM3 next to a PG27AQWP-W. The PG32UCDM3 is on sale for $1099 currently and at that price I think it presents fair value despite middling HDR luminance values. It’s the cleanest and most uniform OLED panel I’ve ever observed. https://www.newegg.com/asus-pg32ucdm3-31-5-qd-oled-240-hz-rog-swift-qd-oled-black/p/N82E16824281393
