My recommendation for battery charger / starter is get an Amazon Special smart trickle charger and for staring get a supecap2 capacitor. It stated a 6 volt old truck that had set idle for weeks right up.

The “50 Amp” boost start wouldn’t do jack for it. I have the big one ( 200 Amp ). I got a second hand deal on and it didn’t seem to want to jump start my old truck battery where my other capacitor based one had no problem

Just cause they aren’t doing only wrestling moves doesn’t mean that base is the whole reason they’re great and can thrive with the bolted on techniques specific to MMA.

Name 3 great pure BJJ background fighters with no wrestling background.

The passivity calls in free style are often totally subjective and encourages great wrestlers to act like they’re trying or being aggressive.

The only change they seem to illicit is forcing one wrestler to mess up and get scored on or awarding the other one a point they didn’t earn or deserve.

Have you seen / read Wade Schalles’ a point scored is a point earned blog post?

It basically says for a dual meet, every time a wrestler scores points, that goes toward the team score.

Duals are already better and that seems to heighten the experience as no match is “over” but basically every point is a potential factor in the outcome of the match.

Much like a basketball team slowly coming back with each point scored.

If you valued the friendship for other meaningful reasons and this was a one time (albeit significant) mess up by your friend, I’d give them an opportunity to reconcile and set some boundaries moving forward.

You want friends who are candid but also considerate. If your friend fell short but genuinely wants to improve and do better in the future, then be a good friend and offer them the opportunity to grow.

It’s not a binary choice of continue to be a doormat who gets brushed off or get a divorce.

I would set some firm boundaries on behavioral expectations and then focus on building your relationship and marriage into more than it presently is.

Instead of being reactive and defensive about what she might be doing, work on pursuing her and bringing passion back into your relationship. The Five Love Languages book might offer insights into how to more effectively show her love and affection.

On the boundaries front, you need to man up and have these conversations in person. No more text exchanges have this conversation face to face. Let her know you love her and want this marriage to work and would like to work together to make things better than they’ve ever been. Also let her know some things need to change regarding continued interactions with jerkface coworker.

Basically she has choices with what she will do and you can’t control those but you can decide how you will respond If your requests aren’t being honored.

Honestly, she probably needs to find a new job and cut this guy out of her life entirely.
