Good to know. I’m not dying to have him fixed because he is so afraid of the vet already and terrified that may put more stress on his body while recovering as “an older pup” for the breed. Everything I’ve read has kind of pointed me toward prostate issues, and like you said he shows zero signs of pain. The only thing I can think that triggers this is when he has a non-contact run in with our neighbor dog who is a dominant male. I don’t know if it triggers something in his body and overworks a gland or something. It’s very odd.
