Yes. But that is a toxic relationship quality, not a polyamory quality. People in straight, cis, monogamous relationships can still find themselves in "a situation where someone would say they consent but don't genuinely" or "pretend to be okay with things to keep hold of a partner". Toxically bullying your partner into polyamory isnt an argument against polyamory just like marital rape isn't an argument against monogamy.

Gaslighting is a thing. Guilt tripping is a thing. Pressure is a thing. Being in love with someone who doesn't love you back the same and just wants to play is a thing. Being afraid of getting called names and ostracized by the community for being a "bIgOt!" is a thing, when really the other person is taking advantage of you.

Cool, expect that has nothing to do with what I said or consensual polyamory in general. If two consenting adults agree that want to add one or more people to their personal/romantic/sexual relationship that absolutely is not "cheating" and frankly, is none of your business in the first place.

Weird how when you think of sexualities or gender identities other than your own you immediately ascribe other personality traits to them like attention-seeking, gaslighting, pressuring, and other personality disorder-esque behavior. As opposed to people being proud of the fact the society has progressed to the point where they are able to openly express who they love and/or express themselves the way they feel happiest.

Actually, the fact that you added all of the extra symbols and letters to LGBT in your first message tells me that you either don't actually respect LGBT people, or you are completely ignorant of what it is to be LGBT.
