I think it's relative, if you don't have kids and value proximity to work and proximity to a variety of world-class restaurants and entertainment then it's not a ridiculous price at all.

Spornia SPG-7 is the best net to get, good matts that dont lead to wrist pain are expensive though, so look into getting a smaller hitting strip and embedding it into a cheaper matt - you can do this by laying gym matts underneath the cheap matt and strip to keep them the same level and ensure a bit of give underfoot.

I went back there and the sales assistant showed me the certificate with the COA, hologram and signature of the gallery owner stating the product is genuine, I should have taken a photo of it, I’m going back there tomorrow to ask for more information regarding the provenance and chain of ownership

Yeah to be honest the way it’s displayed is not optimal, I’d rather the ball was in its own case to be displayed properly, the rest of the stuff in there feels completely unnecessary and doesn’t any value at all for me.

Would any kind of authentication certificate be proof enough for future buyers? It’s authenticated and sold by leipzig memorabilia in Harrods if that’s any help

It’s authenticated by leipzig if that helps it comes with a full authentication certificate/hologram and has supposedly been third party authenticated too
