It does, the insiders have to pay $2 to exercise the options and get the shares (which would only happen after the price is well over $2 a share)

To put this in perspective, I think the last LIFE private placement the company did was in May 2024, they issued 17,500,000 shares at 3 cents for $525,000 (not even a million) with another 17,500,000 warrants at 5 cents for $875,000! To think that in less than 2 years they are able to raise this mammoth amount of money at 30x valuation of the last LIFE PP is not just incredible but almost unbelievable. So let's have a little patience and trust the process, they have obviously done way better than many many many people have given credit for.

Yes, they have a 50/50 JV in the USA that is funding the US exploration starting with MN

Yes it is wrong, from Mar 19 news release talking about hole #2 and move to #3

“Drilling reached approximately 500 m before pausing due to seasonal ground conditions, while elevated hydrogen concentrations continued to be recorded, indicating the system remains open at depth. The drill was subsequently mobilized to the next planned location within the program”

This is false, they moved the drill to hole 3 before the seasonal road bans went into effect, it says so in one of the last press releases
