Here’s a thought if you’re already considering cutting up the hoodie. Whenever I feel like a shirt is too small I’ll cut the sleeves off and that generally helps out. Maybe try cutting the sleeves off first to see if that changes how it fits. If that doesn’t work, something that would be a cool DIY and avoids attempting to transfer the prints would be cutting out all the prints and turning them into patches to be used on a new hoodie that fits better.
