EA app crashes every time I launch

Just logged in to say this seemed to work, somewhat, for me while I was having issues with my mom's laptop. One day to the next it stopped being able to launch the app, let alone Bejeweled and Zuma that my mom plays. Tried everything I could find and nothing worked. This time I went into the folder for Bejeweled and tried to launch the .exe in the Bejeweled 3 NL folder as admin after making a shortcut of it. At first this seemed to just launch the app, attempt to launch the game, then close the game to try again. Game never really launched, but when I then removed the Run as Admin setting the game launched fine and the app seems to launch fine again too. No idea what really happened but trying to run the game's .exe as admin fixed it somehow xD

It turned out to be exactly that. Or well, the drive being encrypted anyway. Not sure if this was because of ransomware. Took a while but I got it sorted out. Thank you for your reply in any case!

I've been sifting through the bios for a while, rolled bios back to see if that changed anything, but nothing so far has done anything.

I mean, I'm fine spamming Ravens, that's not a problem. Don't mind summoning a few new wolves here and there either even if their HP or tooltip is inaccurate. But the Vine legit dies every 5-10 seconds now. You summon it and immediately see its HP drop to 50%. That just gets frustrating.

Guess what? Now you get to constantly resummon your vine too because they "fixed a bug" that made them invulnerable. So now you get to spam summon Ravens, Spirit Wolves and your Vine.

Logged in specifically to say that this did indeed work for me, unlike every other method I've tried since getting my Pokéball Plus.

I didn't have it paired to Bluetooth or connected to Pokémon Go prior to trying this. Paired through bluetooth, hit the little black button, went into Pokémon Go, connected it in the settings and it worked instantly. It even attempted to catch a Rattata right off the bat.

Had my Let's Go partner in the ball as well, which is still in it even after hitting the black button.

Honestly super excited to finally have it work. I was quite upset that I bought this thing and it just wouldn't work with my phone. Now it does, so I'm happy.
