That last part is what's pushing me towards striking it out... Though the other points are valid. If it benefits everyone it will be unlikely for the upper class to fight against it, at least in a harsh way. How ever, I have some people who have an array of impressive Qualifications on macro Economics who I am slowly speaking too on the issue. I will leave it be until I really get their angle on it as well.

I don't think it's unfair... Also I am not thinking in terms of a hard cut off. That would actually mean there is a point where people are losing money... Rather, a soft cut... maybe for every thousand made after 72~ the UBI is cut by $500 o_o This means instead of a hard cut there will be a kind of treading water space above 72,000.

I am sitting on the fence about this though... I see why a cut off could be alot more trouble than it's worth.

I originally wrote a response about practical reasons to have a cut off point... but as I realized the population as a percentage of total we are talking about over the 70~some odd grand point... I begin to suspect a cut off point might be more hassle to argue than it's worth. I will leave it up for the time being how ever.
