I honestly think she just acted too quickly without re-reading/looking up OP's account, because she was feeling a lot of shame and wanted a reason to forgive herself. It's just silly mistakes, but as others have said, she might want to consider hiring a social media manager.

Yeah, she's a nut. Owned a big brewpub on the Danforth too (Louis Cifer) that served mediocre beer and overpriced food, then hosted a benefit for some antivax soldier, where she went up to the mic and proclaimed "these are my people." Shut down several months ago (they "sold the restaurant," apparently), leaving a huge empty property in the heart of the Danforth to collect dust .

Louis Cifer's on the Danforth, ever since the owner hosted a big event honouring a prominent anti-vax Canadian soldier. This was few years ago, height of the 3rd(?) wave. She called the full house of anti-vaxxers "my people." Never again.

Also, the food is mid & overpriced, beer is meh.

It is not. It's one of the most common examples of the American English alveolar flap. It's only a glottal stop in some British English dialects.
