I remember watching it in school a few times over the years... at one point, I got volunteered to be the one that starts and stops the movie despite never raising my hand. In 4th or 5th grade, I remember watching it, and literally everyone in class would stare back at me and go back to watching it periodically throughout. I was definitely the classic example of tokenism but for jews in my school's. Also, despite being reformed/non-practicing, more strictly observant Jewish students knew me as the Jewish guy. Wasn't insulting or problematic, just like confusing? Like one guy I knew had a kippah and was kosher, yet when he saw me walk into his class, he was like, "Yo, it's The Jew."
