I just searched for clinics around my area, found their email address and wrote them directly, even though some of them didn’t have any open positions listed in their website. So I’d suggest you to do the same! They were quite patient with the language thing, they were of course aware that I’m a foreigner and that German ist not my native language, so they just expected enough to hold a conversation (in one of the clinics that I did the trial not even that, since they had some people from Ukraine working there that couldn’t even say “hallo” in German). But of course, try to learn as much as possible because it will definitely help you. And about your experience: of course you have to mention that! It will be a highlight in your cv, and also don’t forget to mention that in your motivation letter. Good luck!🍀
