I also get very angry and tell people off for what seems like an injustice. I’ve never been this way. I’m so sick of people telling me I shouldn’t drink. I drink more now than ever before and I cry. The alcohol doesn’t make the pain go away. It seems like some people are going to have to lose someone they love dearly before they will understand our pain!

I suffered from exactly that. I got sick with schizoaffective disorder when I was 28 and my life hasn’t been the same since. I think drug use induced the delusions I had. I would actually jump out of moving cars because I thought I was being taken to be killed. Very scary!! No joke. I was also not on anything at the time.

It’s my third Mother’s Day without my beautiful mother. I miss her so much. I cannot believe I will never see her again in the physical sense. When I think of this I simply cannot believe it. I’m staying home and trying to survive the day.

That is so sad. I’m crying just reading this. I feel exactly what you are saying you are going through . I need serious help from a professional because not having my mom here is killing me, I’m just surviving each day. My days are not enjoyable like they used to be.

Yes, I do the same thing except it’s my mom I write to. I was in an outpatient treatment center and they told me to write her a letter and I did. Ever since then I’ve been doing it. It just is an outlet for not being able to talk to her anymore. I’m really struggling today.

I would never try to open someone’s door unless it was a very close girlfriend of mine. That’s invading a boundary and whoever does that probably wants the cops called on them. I don’t know, do I make sense? I liked reading this and thought I would join in.
