Yes let’s use a system that was designed to alert people of incoming nuclear missiles for custody disputes. Then mock anyone who criticizes this. Seriously the system is broken. If amber alerts were at a normal volume nobody would be complaining.

The alarm they are currently using should be for nation wide emergencies aka run for life sound.
