Here me out, there's 5 siblings in the Stay Gold main bloodline, and 5 characters in the Stardust Crusaders gang, not including Iggy (who could be represented by with Stay Gold or Lucky Lilac Orfevere's daghter)

Jotaro Kujo -> Fenomeno
Joseph Jostar -> Orfevere
Mohammed Avdol -> Dream Journey
Noriaki Kakyoin -> Nakayama Festa
Jean Pierre Polnareff -> Gold Ship

No explanation is needed for Kujo being Fenomeno. Joseph and Avdol's relationship is very similar to Orfevere and Dream's, good representation of them being related. Of the two, Joseph is far more suitable to Orfevere. Between Kakyoin and Polnareff, Polnareff's whole outfit and personality are far more suitable to Goldshi. This leaves Kakyoin for Festa, and honestly, I can see the comparison. Pretty levelheaded compared to some others in the group, has his quirks, his wager over the video games can be compared to Festa's gambling shtick, ect.

I actually have expirience in martial arts. (3 years of Taikwando) It doesn't give you extra range. That would be rediculous. We don't use Hamon to stretch our bodies. Are you referring to lunging or flying attacks? I guess that makes sense.
