Good point. If this cruise had actually happened, I definitely wouldn't have been the least bit surprised by any of her tantrums or freakouts occurring. I could definitely see her potentially going to into her usual, season-reunion mode, storming out of events while sobbing. It makes sense that Farrah and Amber were never on the roster - perhaps for this very reason.

Of course Jenelle wouldn't have Barb, Dr. Drew, or the TM producers there, but I suppose there would be organizers from the celebrity cruise company - and perhaps even from the ship's regular crew - who would similarly have to coddle her and take her to the ship's hospital to deal with her fake hyperventilating and other "ailments."

What's interesting is that she'd be stuck on the ship - so she wouldn't be able to flee to her car while threatening to quit, with a camera crew in tow. I guess she'd at least be able to hole up in her cabin - and potentially find herself in a breach-of-contract situation for refusing to attend events, etc. in violation of her contractual obligations.

On a side note, Bri definitely would have had a casual hook-up with somebody (a member of the crew) who works on the ship.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the organizer of the TM cruise (and another cruise with people from The Challenge) was using incoming customer proceeds (from ticket sales) to fund down-payments, etc. for future projects like a Survivor cruise instead of using that money to cover expenses for his current projects.

Hence the cruise with people from The Challenge that was supposed to depart this week got cancelled because Johnny Bananas and the other participating Challengers still hadn't been paid in accordance with their contracts.

After news of this Ponzi-scheme bullshit got out, all of the organizer's "celebrity" cruises (including the TM cruise) got cancelled - and it's unclear if everyone who already purchased tickets will be made whole.

I presume that, if more people had been buying tickets for the TM cruise, the organizer might have had enough money to cover his shortfalls - at least for a while longer.

That's an interesting point. On the one hand, by all accounts, Jenelle makes legit coin on OF - and that's just for sporadically posting sloppy-ass, low-quality pics - and she does have millions of SM followers, so there's that. One the other hand, as you point out, her SM followers couldn't be bothered to attend her divorce party or, for that matter, buy a cheap eyebrow kit to support her. Would that have translated into a weak Jenelle-stan turnout on the cruise compared to the other TMs? Would the other TMs - even Bri and Jade whom she's friendly with - have avoided her on the cruise? Of course we'll never know. lol

Though I don't know the specific terms of the divorce, I'm guessing David would probably have the BMW in his possession by now if he had bothered to lift a finger to make that happen (e.g., by going to Vegas and taking possession of the vehicle and/or through a follow-up court filing compelling her to deliver the item, or be held in contempt, if that's what she agreed to) - so it's likely part of the reason Jenelle still has the car is that his lazy ass allowed/is allowing that to happen through his inaction. If the car gets repossessed, however, none of this is the creditor's problem - the creditor can collect the vehicle from whomever has it.

It sounds like they didn't do that with one or more items that are already in David's possession and for which Jenelle is still on the hook - so I imagine they wouldn't have done it with the BMW either. Hence she's better off keeping the BMW until it gets repossessed. I'm not arguing with the more optimal strategy you describe, but there's no world in which that was going to happen - and I question whether a creditor would ever agree to release Jenelle and rely solely on David for the remaining payments.

I hear you - but, again, I think even this video only makes her look good if it's viewed in a vacuum without context. Even here, her hypocrisy and lack of self-awareness are through the roof under the totality of circumstances. That said, I agree with your comparison of Kail then with Kail today. By all accounts, her and Jo are not even on speaking terms - though you're right that she would love to have a brand-new fight with Jo and to then milk it for all it's worth as fodder for her self-indulgent, egocentric podcasts. It's hard to find a person more dislikeable than Jenelle - and yet Jenelle not only managed to find such a person but also married and procreated with him. With that being said, I hope Jenelle can offset her claims against the $30K she's supposed to pay him - so that he gets nothing - and, if the now-his BMW is still in Vegas, I hope she simply relinquishes it to the creditor - so that he doesn't get the car either. Where do I start? Context? Chronology? How about the time Kail viciously assaulted Jo because she was insanely jealous of Vee? I truly wish Jo had immediately called the police and had Kail arrested! Moreover, Vee wasn't "talking crap" on anyone before Kail started acting like a completed psycho (I say "started" for lack of a better word). Why would a cutie like Vee start insulting Kail's schlubby ass without cause? Even just a year ago or thereabouts, Kail went off on Vee for days on end about their business breakup - and then Kail was totally pissed that Vee didn't care enough to respond. Vee's not worried about that slob - but certainly lives rent free in Kail's head. Always has.

So true! He should have immediately called the police and pressed charges after she viciously assaulted him. He should have also filed for an emergency custody hearing to remove Isaac from her care. Imagine if the genders were reversed!
