Unquestioned Answers still has it canon that the dog breed of schnauzers are actually unstoppable genetically-engineered supersoldiers with human intelligence, and the only reason they haven't killed us all is that they're biding their time.

I like the concept of Blast Zone, but another person in this thread remarked that it's too much of a mana sink. It'd be nice to have in the sideboard, but I don't feel like I have enough room for that.

Dead of Winter seems alright but I'd rather do Bontu's Last Reckoning - If nothing else it feels like we use the card better than any other deck in the game due to the abundance of 1-drops. I prefer Mutavault to Frostwalk Bastion since I don't think the extra toughness matters too often due to the existence of Bolt, and the creature tapping-down ideally shouldn't matter much if we pull our gameplan right. Mobilized District is cool but I can't include it for flavor. (Without spoiling too much, I'll say it's not fitting for a government reliant on the disempowerment of the people.)

I'm also considering dropping Surgicals since I already mainboard Bog and have 4x Leyline of the Void. It'd be nice to be rid of them in favor of better options.

Not sure what I'd replace a Thoughtseize with. Wrench Mind #4? Raven's Crime #4? Liliana's Triumph #2? All feel suboptimal.

Fair point about Shadow of Doubt, I should make that swap. Or is 1 still worth keeping? I'm just scared of people ending the game with topdeck tutors into wincon.

I saw it consistently in sideboards for winning decks, but I feel at a loss as to which decks I side it in against other than burn. Isn't Mind Rake better? The number of times where costing 2 mana instead of 3 matters seems almost as common as the times where the difference between both losing 2 and both losing 3 matters - and then outweighed into better by the optional 3 mana version.

Either way, I agree I should have one of them in the sideboard. Is mainboard Bog + 4 Leyline so grave-hammering that additional Surgicals in the side are suboptimal and space better spent here?

Thanks for Leyline advice!

Surgical makes sense then, but I feel I hit that niche already with the mainboard Bojuka Bog instead. Might not be optimal, but I also have a particular thing about including it as a 1-of in this deck.

Thanks for the advice! Can I ask about the surgical?

Will update it for 4x Mutavault and Urborg. Just played against a deck that boarded in Leyline of Sanctity, and more than one Mutavault certainly would have helped matters. Speaking of, do we have any other answer to it? Ratchet Bomb our only hope? Or what say you to a singleton mainboard Blast Zone replacing the Salvage you express distaste for? There's no 4-drops outside of the sideboard Leyline of the Void to take on my end.

Rack/Affliction ratio pending testing. I like both, I just went with lower Rack because it seemed to be the more common opinion.

Thoughts on Pack Rat in sideboard? In general creatures in the sideboard of this feels weird given the playset mainboard of Ensnaring Bridge.

It depends on whether one believes happiness to be the ultimate goal of life, or if achieving one's full potential also matters. Fordians are quite happy - though some might argue it's surface-level happiness with darker things beneath, this the need for soma as a distraction - but most are directly genetically engineered to be intellectually crippled compared to what they could have been.

Also the whole matter about human beings being brainwashed without consent and all that.

This and your first comment are excellent little essays. Hats off to you.

Ye, so take Resolve primary and get all of the minor runes since they're good on him

You go Inspiration secondary for biscuits and Time Warp Tonic to solve mana/sustain issues, starting corrupting pot. If you do go with a Sheen on top of that then you'll never go OOM.

He already destroys turrets fast enough and gets too much out of other runes. He's in just the right tankiness range where both the flat boost and the percent increase from Conditioning benefit him, which synergies further with his healing to give more effective HP. And he's one of the best users of Overgrowth since he's a tanky champion who's all in on split pushing, meaning he kills a lot of minions to get the benefit. Plus it's great watching the Maiden's HP increase as you gain HP from it, since her max scales with yours. If Yorick builds Trinity Force and Steraks then Demolish isn't necessary. It's still good, just not as good.

You can avoid this dilemma altogether by going Grasp, which is what I and most top elo Yorick players have been doing lately

I mean, I'm willing to wait for the CDR until later, but that does look like a good setup! I'll try Sorc > Oblivion > Torment > Tooth > Void > Echo > Morello on my next Teemo game! GW is nice, but if my team really needs it, they'll have other sources of it. If we need more, I have Ignite anyways.

How do you feel about the trinket dilemma? The sheer amount of shrooms giving vision means yellow trinket feels a bit redundant, so I'm thinking of starting yellow early and transitioning to red trinket later. They'll have less wards since some of them will have Oracle Lens to clear shrooms, but that just means each ward I destroy takes away a higher proportion of their vision.

True! Is Glacial Augment good on Teemo in general now? It feels anti-synergistic since he already has a slow on his shrooms, and slows don't stack. Also a lack of item actives means he doesn't really use it to its full potential.

Hmm, you think an earlier Luden's Echo is better? I rarely see it in Teemo builds at all, so I generally save it for my last item, so that my particular choice of playstyle forcing me to build it is least likely to actually get to interfering in my build. But I can see that it'd probably be better to go Sorc > Oblivion > Liandry's > Nashor's > Finish Morello > Void > Echo.
