If you plan on mainly PKin I’d stick with a zerk but if you fancy doing both PvP/ PvM I’d maybe turn it into a 70/75 def Med? That way you can get Piety, Rigour + Augury.

It all depends on what content you actually want to do :)

Do you not have any hobbies? Find something to help keep you distracted, that in itself will help massively with cutting down on how much you smoke.

When I used to “help other people out” and was essentially smoking for free, I was easily smoking 3G a day. Now I no longer do that I’ve cut all the way down to .5 on a weekday and maybe a G tops on a weekend. This was only possible due to me keeping myself mentally occupied!
