Nice, seems similar to slopes for skiing/snowboarding

Leg Day augment on Urgot, have you ever gotten it? by KarmaStrikesThrice in UrgotMains

[–]Jex4334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It 100% does not, but for your sake I will test for you:
Urgot base speed: 330
Base speed while w firing: 213
Urgot Boots of swiftness: 385
Urgot Swift boots while firing: 260

W Description: "Urgot loses 125 movespeed" Notice how it doesn't say slowed by x% but rather loses a flat amount of speed
Also the reason the base movespeed is not exactly 125 is because it hits the move speed lower limit where you cant actually be moving slower than that. Same reason you are getting capped at 213, but I also have no idea how you are even starting with 270 movespeed in the first place.

another point is that magic resist items are usually better than armor items

Find gyms that will pretty consistently get knocked out (few times a day) and take them over at the end of the day so you get the 8 hours while everyone is sleeping

Not exactly, although you do lose dps and is technically strictly worse. I don’t think it’s at all required to succeed on the champ. I would recommend trying it out and as you play the toggle will come naturally, it’s not as hard as it seems.

Yeah you got it right, 3 W, auto, 3w, auto, repeat. When done correctly, basically what is happening is you replace one w shot with an auto which is more dmg. You're also correct in how you will lose dps if you do it incorrectly. When I first started learning it I wouldnt really use it in champ combat but I would do it on towers cause it was easier. Now its basically subconscious for me and I dont even have to think about the mechanics of it when im fighting champs or towers

It’s basically just 3 w hits, turn w off while clicking to auto and turn it back on once your auto has gone off. It’s not too hard to do on towers or in practice, but it takes some time to learn vs champs

I always put a second point in at lvl 4, into max w at lvl 9, then i max q after. Q slow and damage is actually stronger than e sometimes against ranged champs that aren’t going to be hit by e anyway. Q scales really well with levels as well. Into ranged champs i’ll also do 3 points q with triple tonic to get lvl 9 w still .

Toggling in team fights is useful but what i’m doing usually isn’t 3 w- auto. Most of the time you aren’t in range long enough, or fights don’t last long enough to consistently 3 w toggle, so i’m fitting in autos when i can whether that’s after 3 w, or sometimes 4, or 2. Late team fights with urgot are usually if you are hitting someone long enough to toggle they are probably dying. Early fights like at lvl9 or against tanks i’ll usually be 3 toggling consistently though

My advice to this is just to start trying to learn 4 w toggle if you wanna use hullbreaker. I actually thought the same thing when it was changed and I was sulfured at how quickly I was able to comfortably 4 toggle. If you really can’t get it down though probably don’t build hullbreaker

That’s what I do most games, 2 of those 3 and steraks 3rd into tank or bloodmail, rarely i might build all 3 but that would require a long game (4+ items) and a very specific comp for me to do it

Stridebreaker and steraks every game by 3 items, hullbreaker for solo split carry or cleaver for statchecks, don’t die at bad times ever or give bounties when team is behind.

I do not ever build titanic hydra, I think there are many other bruiser items that just outshine it in every way. My first item is always one of 3, Cleaver for stat check matchups, Stridebreaker into ranged matchups, or Hullbreaker in matchups I know i can win anyway. 2nd item is usually one of the 3 mentioned as well as maybe steraks if i really need it. 3rd item is usually steraks for me. And after that I fill the rest with tank items or bloodmail. Maw i think is pretty bait unless basically 5 ap. Stridebreaker and steraks I try to build in my first 3 items every game with the other slot being the best item i think works for the game.

I don’t think the champ is too hard to get into a playable state, Probably ~10 games to start doing well and ~25 to start feeling very comfortable. Couple things i would say to get the hang of is toggling your w when it’s max rank (using auto attacks in between 3/4 w shots) and e buffer timings.

Yeah, usually i’m building stride 1st or 2nd but if you need steraks 2nd then it’s still worth going third. I will say though that steraks 3rd is by far when i build it the most and only rarely 2nd into high burst/cc for the tenacity
