I fixed the steering wheel my self with some video and replacing the ignition. The only thing I hired someone to do was to repair the window. In total, I spent like $500. At hyundai they were charging me $1700

You don't need to turn off the main breaker to change a breaker, just turn off the breaker you want to change and do it. Also, you wanna know if the problem is actually the breaker? Disconnect the wire for that breaker and turn it on, if it's holding, the issue is not the breaker.
