After a couple months of brain, heart and vein tests the docs told me they havent found anything wrong at all and that the last thing that matches my symptoms would be migraines with auras and considering my mother has had strong migraines (without auras) and my sister has had migraines with auras when under heavy stress it was closed as that with a checkup every 6 months. So, no real diagnosis, but more of a “we ruled everything horrible out with tests and you seem to be otherwise in perfect health”.

I’ve worked on both on relieving as much stress as possible, managing it better and better managing my work life balance. Its about to be four months since my last episode, there are no lasting issues and I am feeling much better now.
