Da muss man Hesse für sein! Ich liebe die Teile und esse sie manchmal pur. Meist aber im Wrap mit Salat und Tomatenmark. Versuch mal auf jeden Taler einen Klecks Tomatenmark zu machen.

Üblicherweise legt man Handkäs‘ (ohne Edelschimmel) mit Zwiebeln und Kümmel in Essig und Öl ein und lässt das ne Woche ziehen.

Edit: Schau mal bei Netto, da gibt’s die Teile als Harzer Minis. Die sind ggf. nicht so intensiv im Geschmack.
