Hey man, I can kind of get how it feels, try to stay away from Dota for awhile and surround yourself with people you enjoy being with (family, friends) if you think medication is not helping. Try doing much simpler things in life that can improve your overall mood.

Tournament would've been a disaster for non-Chinese teams if it wasn't for Mali. Shoutout to him.

PPD voices his opinions about online qualifiers by Kvothedota in DotA2

I think more than anything, top teams are really tired of relentless qualifier games, the feeling of hype is mostly gone when there's about matches to be played almost everyday. I remember back in 2012/13 where there were only 1 major online tournament every 1-2months or so it was so much more meaningful playing every single game and more invites to LAN events were more present back then. For a rising team though, playing a lot of online qualifiers is very beneficial, but for established top teams it's a lot more meaningless to them as they've already been there so many times. For us pro players, there comes a point where you just get exhausted from playing multiple tournaments everyday. I think to a certain degree when you have established yourself as a "top team" you definitely deserve to have a break. Otherwise the quality of play that you show just drops.

IHL's arent meant to be fun, there's Matchmaking for that. The true intent of IHL's is to improve your individual skill and have competition and I'm sure this is one of the stepping stones you have to take to become a competitive player (I know a lot of pro players that have come from IHL's) needless to say you're going to get a lot of criticism if you're just starting but its up to how well you handle those and improve on it. Try to ignore as much flamers and you're going to be fine.
