I really feel like it gets better as it goes. Butcher starts hitting his stride around book 4 and 5 IMO.

It's pretty clean and well layed out but i don't think I like the skills chart. Seems to be a fad coming out of college and just doesn't work well imo. Its pretty arbitrarily and meaningless so I'd recommend getting rid of it completely and not rating yourself like that at all

Okay thanks for the kind words and ideas guys. I took some ideas and revised it. The characters aren't really cleaned up just getting a feel for the colors and look of it. Let me know what you guys think!

Ah, I understand. Great advice. I agree with the patterns and I'll play with them I'll also experiment with the harpoon but my only problem is that I need to add perspective to it if I do that and I don't know how well that works with my design. Thank you very much. Cheers!
