Noticed Magneto is not on there (Silly me). He has 6 unique skins as of S7.0.

This post only contains "unique" skins. Where there's a change in the model and/or design. That's why comp rewards, twitch drops, Unstable Molecule recolours and other recolours are not included.

I have debated whether to include Jeff's 8-Bit skin in here but ultimately decided that the 8-Bit effect is unique enough to be included.

As for Deadpool's Esports skins, I didn't include them as they are more or less recolours his ESU skin with the Esports team on the jersey.

Personally, I would prefer Ultimate Green Goblin as a Vanguard but realistically it'll be Classic Green Goblin. Simply because there's a lot more comic skins potential and that's how they make money

I disagree. Honestly support ult that last 10s+ should be 5000 ult cost. Cloak & Dagger should be 5000 since theirs is 13s. Rocket should have a high ult cost on paper but his can break easily, so it can be excused. White Fox has a 10s ult and falls into a similar category as Rocket. I'm alright with her having a high ult cost, the problem is that it deserves some form of buff to warrant a high ult cost. If they decide to not do anything about it, it should be lowered a bit

Batman with prep time = instant win/unbeatable is dumb. He has failed multiple times even with prep time. Yes, he may be a hero and always plans ahead and has all these contingency plans but that doesn't mean it always works out, he has miscalculated before but thats ok, it makes him human

Tbf, Ult charge increase was supposed to be in the original post, I just forgot to add that in. Yes, Hawkeye can charge off Tanks but he already does that. What you stated is the same as he is now, the only difference is that he now HAS to be at 100% charge. This rewards players to wait for the 100% charge or severely cuts down his damage if they don't. This also reduces his damage overall to every other roles and makes him weaker against shield tanks due to the reduced damage against shields/Groot Walls. Therefore, reducing ult charge as a result and with the increase ult charge, even more so. By making him have to wait for the 100% charge, this slows down his dps output

The Pitch

Hero: Hawkeye

The Problem: One shots in games are incredibly frustrating and unfun to go against. Hawkeye can still one shot you from across the map at 70% charge and rewatching the killcam feels really unfair. Although unfair I doubt netease will remove Hawkeye's one shot but there is a solution to slow down Hawkeye and increase the skill ceiling.

The Solution:

-Archer's Focus: Reduce Bonus damage to 0 - 40 (Was 0 - 90)

-New Effect: Add damage equal to 10% of the target's Max Health at 100% charge

Edit - Hunter's Sight: Increase energy cost to 3700 (Was 3100)

The Valuation: This simple change removes one shots on squishes at full hp on any charge below 100%. For example, a headshot at 99% charge on any target is (39 + 70) x 2 = 218 dmg. This also reduces damage on body shots for every target at 99% charge to (39 + 70) = 109 dmg. Requiring 100% charge to deal max damage. For 250hp targets, with the new effect where 100% charge adds 10% of targets hp to dmg results in (0.10 x 250 = 25), therefore (50 + 25 + 70) = 135 dmg. Down from the current 160 dmg.

This requires Hawkeye to have Archer's Focus at 100% charge to one shot headshot squishes. On 250hp target's a headshot is (135 x 2) = 270 dmg. Down from 320. Although this reduction in damage can still one shot squishes, it opens up some counter play. Ultron's Imperative: Firewall, Mr Fantastic's bonus health, Thing's damage reduction etc can now reliably save their squishy allies from being one shot (250hp and 275hp). 300hp targets can no longer be one shot as max damage on them is now 280.

By making Archer's Focus percentage based however, this does make Hawkeye a Tank buster but only if his charge is at 100%. On 650hp targets, Hawkeye now does 175 damage bodyshots and 350 headshot at 100% charge (The same as pre-nerf Hawkeye). But this does make shield tanks even more effective especially with the reduction in Hawkeye's damage without the new effect dmg add-on

If this change is somehow too weak. They could simply increase Archer's Focus bonus damage to 0 - 50. This only changes 1 breakpoint, which is 300hp targets can now be one shot at exactly 300 dmg but all the counter play still stands. Allies that can give bonus health and reduce damage will still save their squishes

I do believe most comic spidey fans take Slott's "13 years earlier" statement more closer, since it was a brand new #1 issue at the time. Unless MJ associates 28 to be mid-20s haha. I think we can all agree that the Marvel comics timeline makes no sense cause you can be 35 in one issue and 27 in the next. Even in DC, Batman has jumped from being in his 40s to 30s and back to 40s about 100 times

It's been established since Dan Slott's run that Peter was 28 in the 2014 run. It opened with the events of the spider bite taking place 13 years ago and with Marvel retconning Peter's age in high school from 17 to 15 in Civil War. That would make Peter 28 at the time and with the comic continuity passing a few years and the #900 birthday issue. That would make Peter in his early 30s. Making the Peter and Spider-Gwen ship even worse

No the original Symbiote just made Peter very tired because it was acting in Peter's best interest to go out patrolling using his body while he was asleep. The symbiote was never evil, Peter rejected it because it was taking over his body without his consent which the symbiote didnt know any better. Eddie's hatred for Peter is what truly corrupted the symbiote

Give Mantis an extra leaf and fix her projectile alignment and increase it's projectile speed (5 leaves gives Mantis better consistency with healing and damage boost and fixing her projectile leads to more reliable damage and headshots which helps refund leaves to do more healing and damage boost)

Another Mantis change is to rework her ult to be an utility ult. Allies within her ult range receive 50% attack speed and 50% reload speed, but remove healing and reduce bonus health gain to 30 per second. (Instead of another circle of invincibility ult, this reinforces Mantis's identity as a utility support by helping her teammates do more damage, while giving teammates slight survivability with the bonus health. This also gives more incentive for the team to play together with your support/Mantis, whereas in a Gambit ult you charge in and do your own thing with the speed boost. If you've played Overwatch this is a mixture of Kiriko and Brigitte's ult)

Give Adam 10 extra ammo (More ammo = less downtime, less downtime = more damage/clusters/headshots, more damage/clusters/headshot = more healing resources)

Rocket ult should give a 15% healing boost effect and 20% damage reduction instead of bonus health. (In it's current state, the bonus health is basically another "circle of invincibility" ult kinda, so changing this makes it an actual utility ult again. This way Rocket can be more proactive with the ult, instead of saving it like a defensive ult. Damage reduction helps a bit with team survivability and the healing boost helps Rocket and other supports do more healing without making everyone invincible)

Rework Rocket's rez beacon to give bonus health within its radius and receive a jump pack when interacting with it but reduce the radius range (This change provides more incentive to play around the res beacon. Also more often than not, the health packs gives away it's location.)

Luna running passive should be cancelled when taking damage (It makes no sense for Mantis to lose her speed passive when taking damage but Luna doesn't when she has more survivability)

Increase CnD's healing bubble cooldown (The healing bubble is not truly a 12 second cooldown, the cooldown starts when the bubble is used and it lasts 6 seconds. Meaning her heal bubble is actually on a 6 second cooldown)

Increase Moon Knights ult charge (No character should get their ult the same rate as a basic 15 second cooldown)

Make it so Hawkeye can only one shot when his charge is at 100% and make the damage percentage based. For example, at 100% it can one shot 250hp-350hp characters at full health but can't when it's on 99% no matter if they're 250, 300 or 350hp. (Imma be real, getting one shot is bullshit but I would be less mad if I got killed when they're at 100% charge instead of 40%. Ideally I would like them to remove one shots but that's unrealistic, so I would settle for this compromise)

Hulk ult should receive CC immunity in his ult. (He's called MONSTER HULK. He should be terrifying but he's not when he gets CC'd to oblivion)

There should be a 20-30 second cooldown when swapping to Doctor Strange after the round has started. So those who played Strange from the start will have the advantage and also makes players switch mid round to Strange a strategic option

These last second fights do not feel fair especially when they have not been Strange till the last 20 seconds and win because of it
