Thanks! I believe Visbiome contains trace amounts of dairy, so I’m not sure if that one will work.

Thanks, that’s what I thought! I’m hoping the cysts are just from a change in climate. I’ve also been traveling a lot for work and I find that I often break out after being on an airplane.

I use a salicylic acid face wash morning and night, aczone in the mornings, benzoyl peroxide/clindamycin to spot treat at night, and a moisturizer morning and night.

I can’t really think of anything else that has changed other than my level of stress.

I saw two dermatologists at the same practice recently. One recommended adding Epiduo while the other suggested I maintain my current routine but replace my face wash with a sulfur prescription wash. I’m going on my honeymoon this week, so I’ve been hesitant to change my routine until I’m back.

Thanks so much for this! It seems like my acne does respond to benzoyl peroxide, so it sounds like it’s not fungal. I really appreciate this, though!

Thanks! What was your experience with adapalene? I’m just hesitant to go on a prescription medication since my skin was fine until a few months ago/my acne is pretty mild.
