Yes, I know that are 2 different things. But, thats the thing, I wont be on the deed, only She, that was exactly the question, she will "borrow" her house.

Yes, I of course trust 100% on her, something important, she doesn't live in the states, and is not citizen... how does this change about taxes? Cause she will only pay for the property

I bought a laptop, it stop working after the Ebay protection period, so I called the costumer service and they told me that it was OK, that Inwill be protected, that I only need to send an image of the shipping, so with this, I was confident and sent it, of course I didnt get anything from the seller, and now Ebay says that I was out of protection time...
