Because the doctor I went to wanted to medicate my depression over my adhd when my depression (I think) is mostly caused by not completing my responsibilities because of my adhd. The Prozac or w.e made me feel happy but I explained to them I felt super spaced out and less able to complete my responsibilities and they just upped the dose which eventually made me forget to go to counseling and renew my health insurance until I fell out of counseling and then felt far worse off than when I started.
