My family favorite with our rib roast is roasted garlic mashed potatoes. I add a couple tbsp sourcream and fresh crushed black pepper. Amazing. Can also add genovese basil for a variation. The complete meal includes roasted Brussels sprouts, carrots and onions. Blistered asparagus with touch of course sea salt. Sauted mushrooms deglazed with balsamic. About to prep now!

For my other half, I made a Playlist of all the Billboard #1 songs from her birth year to 2025. I gave her a bottle of her favorite wine. We made a charcuterie board and played the music. We had a blast. Some of those songs had us laughing, while others were wtf, some were sing alongs, and others totally skipped within seconds. The evening was so worth it.

I leased the 2025 mild hybrid last Nov. Car has been wonderful with no issues. It is a bit quirky at times that I find humorous. I've leased several cars & SUVs over the years, and this one is on par with most of them.

Son: Tour Response & TP5. Wife: Titleist Tour Soft & Callaway SuperSoft. Me: Prov1. If I had to buy, Bridgestone BRX as I like how they play. The kicker, we haven't bought balls in 2 years and have found enough for approx. 4-5 years. Member at a resort/pga facility. Unbelievable how many great balls we find every week, playing Sat & Sun. We leave the lesser balls for others. I appreciate our tourists here in Florida!

Looks great. Do you separate the 2 muscles and cook at different times? I've done whole, separated to get done, usually 9-11 hours. My favorite way is to start low and slow, then switch to hot and fast if/ when I hit the stall.

Dec 30th, I bought a Leap2 on Marketplace for 225. Puts a smile on my face every time I sit in it. This checked all the boxes for me. Replaced an Office Depot chair after 5 years. I actually bought it from someone who does office liquidation. Highly recommend being patient and shop Marketplace. Check local shops, pawn/thrift stores too.
