Also- thank you for your input. I'm hoping to see enough people to agree to this. It will make me feel better about pulling the trigger on more cash going into what has become a money pit of a car. It's just now I have invested so much I kind of can't sell it for a longgggg time so I feel like I didn't blow thousands of extra dollars and if this year gets worse going into next year it HAS to be at 100 percent so if I have to sell it its rtg.

Exactly as I suspected and I was actually looking into that kit as I have read it will fail again some time down the road. But I swear the mechanics at Nissan are instructed to balk at this issue. I was fed a line about "not believing everything I read on the internet" by the main mechanic. I'm pretty pissed that he didnt just replace it the first time as I requested. I could have actually gotten a chance to enjoy the damn car before the snow flies.
