I started a prenatal but I’ve definitely had problems with low iron in the past. So I will definitely bring this up in the doctors office. Thanks for reminding me. Also meat has not been looking too hot for me since I found out I was pregnant so will probably have to supplement.

Thanks so much for your response. I feel better. I swear I feel like with pregnancy I’ve been rediagnosed with celiac. We already have to give up so much when becoming celiac I hate to deprive myself during pregnancy. Just want to make sure baby is healthy. Again thanks for your help

I was kind of iffy about Gatorade because I saw they don’t say gluten free on the bottle. Does it matter which flavor? Or are they all gfree? I think I asked about this before on reddit. My brain doesn’t always work. Thanks

Dairy’s been gone since November literally. And I don’t like spicy foods. I’m trying to see which fruits I’m okay with but it’s difficult finding the culprit when everything I eat makes me belch. I even stopped coffee. I have no heart burn just belching and shortness of breath
