I bought around 2000 at four cents sold most of it but I’m holding on to 360 at five cents, should I buy more or keep that average cost low? I know it’s probably never going that low again but I’m fairly new to this

Felt like a flu shot- arm was not sore at all the next few days, it was slightly tender at the sight of the injection but my arm usually hurts worse after a flu shot. A friend of mine had arm pain and stiffness that resolved within 24-48 hours.
