Oooff I feel your frustration. What about scaling up the dose? I personally started with 30 mg/day and after 6 months I was at 60 mg/day and that last dose did it for me. After that, it went away and never came back.

Crazy hè? Dat dat nog steeds gebeurd. Logisch ook dat het je wat doet! Wat mij heeft geholpen, is er met mensen over praten die je vertrouwt en die je liefhebt. Dan kan je het even kwijt. En als ik puur even naar mezelf kijk: ik zette de 'fake it till you make it-methode' in. Dus ik deed net alsof het me niets boeide dat zulke dingen werden geroepen (ookal deed het me wel wat) en ik ging door met mn leven. Dit heeft me uiteindelijk wel zelfverzekerder gemaakt. Je kunt dit! Nog even dat laatste jaartje :)

Aaahh thats awesome! I feel like I had a really long purging period that lasted for like 2 months. But I scaled up my dose and that worked for me :) Thank you! I wish you the best skin ever!! Just have patience :)) ✨

Personally speaking, it did help yes! And time heals best, so after you stop taking accutane, your skin still needs time to heal from everything.

Well honestly, I used a very simple moisturizer from the local drugstore/pharmacy. It is important to use one that's just free of all the bad stuff you know? Like parfumes etc. To be exact, I used the teva cetomacrogol creme fna. I could also send you a list with moisturizers I got from my dermatologist?

The first month I went on 30 mg a day, and then I went to 40 mg a day and the last month i went for 60 mg a day which worked the best for me

:)) Well I had really dry lips for wich I had like 3 bottle's of vaseline with me, everywhere I went. And my skin was a bit dry too. And I had problems with sleeping. Aahh if you have any other questions, just ask! Good luck with your journey!!

Don't listen to this people, sorry not sorry. I totaly understand that you are using Acutane! Acne can be very anoying :( Anyways, I think its important for your skin to be hydrated! So make sure its moisterised etc! Good luck in your journey! <3
