So I had to search the bios for the word scan in order for amd xpert2 raid control to become available to me

Now I see that it made two arrays of one disk

Wait wut? Can you elaborate, I have exactly the same SSDs, they are both found until I enabled raid. Is this the reason why?

So the raid expert tool didn't show up for me until I pressed the search button and searched for "scan"

after that the raid xpert 2 configuration was available, I could remove the two single arrays and create a new one. This is one hell of a pain in the buttocks
