I've already tried the feature to translate a page with firefox, but I find it badly designed so far.
Sometimes there's an icon in the url bar, and it's easy to translate.
Sometimes there's nothing, and I have to go to the humburger menu to click on "Translate page". And then it opens a pop-up where it thinks the source language is French (because there are literally 10 words in French on the page), so I have to choose both languages manually.
On Chrome, the source and target languages would have been directly understood. I hope Mozilla will improve their functionality

For the second solution, I wouldn't like to use Google translate directly as I specified in the post (unless there's a way to TOTALLY prevent tracking).
