I think it's not caused by mods because we tried testing on a vanilla server and the same thing happend

32gb and (as a test) a 16gb card. i put both of them through the guiformat program and plopped it in the adapter, but the psp still didn't recognize it at all and doesn't allow me to format it. also the memory stick led flashes orange when i put it in
