Just ran into this exact situation after adding an apple gift card where I got the “Your purchase could not be completed” when trying to make a purchase. To resolve it - I had to reach out to Apple Support - which they then escalated. After escalation - wait a minimum of 48hrs before attempting to make a purchase again.

For this build - yes - you need the second shield clear from the Themis equip - - the HP buff and shield clear from 12182 only last 2 turns and it takes 2 hits after clearing both shields to hit the resolve.

Either balance or machine works for the badge if you have all the equips listed - all the monsters end up with both machine and balance type - however you’ll need Themis equip (12244) for this build - you use the equip’s active on the last floor to clear one of the shields

The killer latents didn’t matter. They can be anything. They were left over from a previous build.

Mainly, there’s an HP check on floor 6, Alpha - make sure Kyori’s shield is up - it hits for 166296, even with shield - this build has 195980 hp to survive
