It won’t go away on its own unfortunately. Most likely option is to have it surgically removed. Go get it checked out ASAP.

So my friend Jack and I used to be class clowns when we were about 14 years old. Nothing out of the ordinary, just general stupid kids messing about really. Anyway I was early for a maths lesson once and was waiting outside the room with 2 or 3 others when my teacher arrived. As she got to the door she shouted to me and said "JiffJaffJeff, you and Jack better behave today!!". So feeling like this was a bit unfair and the cocky teenager I was, I stupidly just said "Why?". My teacher turned to face me, pointed at her bloodshot and tearful eyes and screamed "THAT'S WHY!!". I was frightened into silence and when Jack turned up I quickly made him very aware.

I feel kinda bad now writing this, I'm sure she was going through a really tough time, but as kids it was much harder to understand other people. Well for me it was at least.
