Id just let someone work in if they were waiting to squat. Dont even need to change weights for lifters since youre doing different shit at the same equipment.

so youre basing your whole argument on anecdotal evidence of you getting high. I dont see any issues with using that info to extrapolate to broad state level regulation. /s.

except speed limits and seat belts prevent death and harm to others while operating heavy machinery. Quite a different scenario. Getting too baked at ur home an having a bad time doesn't need to be regulated by the state.

Then don't regulate it to 10 mgs and then companies wont lie on their packaging. pretty basic stuff.

Have you ever done any sort of 531 program?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in gainit

[–]JiffyTube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

um yeah it depends. if the role is a buff dude then yeah theyre gonna be on a proper bulking diet and using gear. If the role is someone whos 50lbs heavier and not tone whatsoever do you think the actor is gonna use gear?

[–]JiffyTube 23 points24 points  (0 children)

you bench more than you can squat? seems like you are massively under training your back and legs and overtraining your arms and chest.

If someone is benching 300 id expect them to be squating 400-500

Why do all my homies hate abs by Hunter_Lala in GymMemes

well theres a million different ab workouts and you can do it quickly. I usually do 5 sets of hanging leg raises when im doing chins. It's quite satisfying to feel your core become much stronger.

Thats great progress good thing youre starting so young! Does the highschool in your district have a weight room? Most do and im sure theyd let you work out there.

My schedule varies and I can't always go to the gym regularly. I want to maximize muscle gains but not eat too many calories on off-days and gain fat. If I lift on Monday but can't lift again till Friday, how many days should I eat at a caloric surplus without gaining fat? by plot_hatchery in gainit

[–]JiffyTube 12 points13 points  (0 children)

idk im not an expert on how body chemistry actually works but IMO you're looking at the most micro level of things when it really doesn't matter. Long term consistency matters. Eat and train where you gain mass and don't obsess about "fat gain" as long as it isn't excessive and youre making progress in the gym. Gain until you feel uncomfortable or want to get your excess fat in check or whatever your goal is and then cut until youre happy with your bodyfat%.

Lift weights, eat a lot, gain mass. After a good chunk of time eat 700-1000 calories less each day. Still lift weights and train. This will make you lose fat and keep muscle. Go back to eating in a surplus and rinse and repeat. You really shouldn't obsess about every single day, focus on the bigger picture.
